It started with a simple question that every traveler asks: "So... what should we do?"

When you ask that question in most places, you get the same tired list. The same crowded attractions. The same tourist traps that everyone else is visiting.

We're not tour guides – we're your local friends who know every hidden waterfall and secret beach. From airport pickup to authentic adventures with island families, we'll show you the real Okinawa that most tourists never discover.

How it works

  • Explore our curated bundles and select the one that best fits your ideal Okinawa experience. When you’re ready, send us a booking request with your preferred dates and number of participants.

    Our team will check availability for all activities and accommodations, and get back to you to confirm your booking

  • To secure your reservation, we ask for payment within three days of confirmation. This allows us to finalize bookings for your selected dates, activities, and accommodation.

    Once payment is received, we’ll lock your trip into our calendar and begin preparing your personalized itinerary.

  • On the day of your adventure, we’ll pick you up from your accommodation in the morning and bring you to the Things To Do office, where your Okinawa experience begins. From there, everything unfolds seamlessly—whether you're trekking to waterfalls, kayaking jungle rivers, or dining by the sea.

  • Our tours include a fully planned itinerary, accommodation, transportation, meals (depending on the package), and guided activities. Each package varies slightly, so be sure to check the details for your chosen tour.

  • All tours start and end at our office in Okinawa. We provide transportation to and from our office, so you don’t need to worry about getting here and back!

  • Depending on your chosen package, you may stay in a mix of cozy beach cottages, glamping tents, traditional Okinawan houses, or local cozy inns. We hand-pick each location for comfort and character.

  • You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred package and shooting us a message with the details. Once we receive your booking, we’ll confirm availability and send payment instructions.

  • Absolutely! Many of our packages are family-friendly, and we can tailor certain parts of the tour to suit your group’s needs. Just let us know in advance.

  • We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, swimwear, sunscreen, bug spray, and a small overnight bag. We’ll provide a full packing list once your tour is confirmed.

  • Yes, many of our packages include meals featuring local Okinawan cuisine. Some also include BBQs or beachside dinners. Specific details will be listed in the package description.

  • We offer set tours with flexibility in certain areas to tailor the experience to our clients' needs. There are also opportunities to save if you're open to sharing a bundle with another small group

  • Safety is our priority. If weather impacts any activities, we’ll adjust the itinerary and offer alternative experiences when possible. We’ll always keep you informed.

  • We keep our group sizes small, usually between 4 and 10 people, to create a more relaxed and personal experience. Whether you're traveling as a couple or with family, our tours are designed to feel intimate and enjoyable for everyone.
